Sleep &#8230;..s-s-sSNORE!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In the body, seen as Upper Right, there are three physical dimensions to address:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>chemical (diet)<\/li>\n<li>electrical (nervous system)<\/li>\n<li>mechanical (musculo-skeletal)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/RAmvUR4M_7k\" style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"606\" data-original-width=\"1041\" height=\"186\" src=\"https:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-SKzVgE4qMd4\/WkunyJHJtoI\/AAAAAAAAkg0\/OAG9KplTfaIFRvkvoEn-SInM9TAxlJi6QCLcBGAs\/s320\/Stop%2Bthe%2BInsomnia.jpg\" width=\"320\" \/><\/a>Nervous system is more than brain and mind; it involves growth of<br \/>\nsensory awareness and control of movement; growth of feeling awareness,<br \/>\nthe ability to make subtler and subtler distinctions, and sense of<br \/>\ncontrol of action\/behavior, of navigable memory, of flights of<br \/>\nimagination \u2014 and to leave off all of these.<\/div>\n<p>\nThe &#8220;loss&#8221; of the physical body in sleep is FORGETTING the<br \/>\nconstraints of the waking state through a psycho-physical inhibition<br \/>\nprocess electro-chemically generated in the physical body.  It&#8217;s a<br \/>\nsuspension of attentional-intentional memories associated with the<br \/>\nwaking state, revealing the &#8220;subtle&#8221; body.  That inhibition continues<br \/>\ninto the dream state.<\/p>\n<p>When the memories of eros and agape (imagination and memory) are<br \/>\ninhibited, the rest\/equilibrium state perceived is called the causal<br \/>\nbody.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, the four basic somatic functions, attention, intention,<br \/>\nimagination and memory, when inhibited, lead from the waking state<br \/>\nthrough dream and deep sleep.<\/p>\n<p>The matrix of the three states may be somatic \u2014 or soma may be the<br \/>\n&#8220;outer picturing&#8221; of the harmonic content of the three states.  &#8220;If you<br \/>\nwant to know the past of the mind, look at the body; if you want to know<br \/>\n the future of the body, look at the mind.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Soma isn&#8217;t just flesh; to think so forgets that all matter is<br \/>\nembedded in fields. Soma consists of both matter and field.  It is very<br \/>\ntempting to leap to, &#8220;physiology is the matter&#8221; and &#8220;sentience is the<br \/>\nfield&#8221;.
