Though their physical expressions may be different,<\/span><\/b>
\nthough their behaviors may be different,<\/span><\/b>
\nthe field-of-sentience in which they co-exist<\/span><\/b>
\nis one and continuous<\/span><\/b>
\nresonant in both of them <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

the difference being . . . . .<\/p>\n

that one side expresses or manifests
\nwhat is in the field-of-sentience
\nand the other side represses it, so as not to express it.<\/p>\n

That is the tension between them.<\/p>\n

The one who represses it in self
\nalso represses it in others
\nand so makes war upon them.<\/p>\n

The one who expresses it
\nalso encourages its expression in others
\nwho are either encouraged
\nor feel coerced.<\/p>\n

Making war, coercion
\nand encouragement —
\na fierce dynamic
\nmade livable
\nby temperance<\/p>\n

where temperance is<\/p>\n

for all viewpoints
\nto meet with all other viewpoints
\nand for all viewpoints
\nto meet with their opposites<\/p>\n

in an alchemy<\/p>\n

that dissolves the bonds of rigidity
\nby inducing motion and integration
\ntoward new equilibrium.<\/p>\n

It is a crystaline structure
\nif not, “the” crystalline structure,
\nof The Middle Way.<\/p>\n

It is a dorje,
\nin its power.<\/p>\n
